I encountered the following error when trying to add a payment method: We were unable to complete this operation. Please use a different verification method, payment method, or contact us. [OR-BAAVFT-03]

My payment account is a personal bank account and was successfully added, but this message popped up when I clicked verify. Please tell me the reason for the error and how to fix it, thank you.
